Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients scheduled for major upper abdominal surgery (expected operation time greater than 2 hours); Aged> 18 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Preoperative administration of beta blockers; 2) Patients are unable to complete 6MWT; 3) Any reason can not cooperate with the research (such as language comprehension disorder, mental illness, etc.); 4) The implementation of 6MWT is risky. 5) Not agree to sign the consent.
