Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Aged 18~75 years; ? Newly-diagnosed advanced non-small cell lung cancer, available tumour tissue for testing; ? The controls will be recruited from those admit to sleep medical center, age, gender and body weight matched with lung caner patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? With symptomatic brain metastasis, mentally or breath malfunction. ? Accompany with other tumor. ? Already accept radiotherapy or chemotherapy. ? Patients who have been diagnosed with sleep disordered breathing and relevant treatment. ? Combined with decompensated organ dysfunction (respiratory failure, heart failure, renal failure, etc.), psychological?illness. ? Need long-term oxygen therapy or use mechanical ventilation. ? Pregnant and lactating women. ? Combine with infectious diseases, such as active tuberculosis. ? Can not be treated or follow-up on time.
