60 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 60-85 years old; 2. The patients with COPD were definitely diagnosed by municipal medical institutions. GOLD II-IV out-of-hospital patients; 3. Those who can use Wechat or after educating can use Wechat to communicate effectively; 4. Informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient with mental disorders, cognitive impairment and limb dysfunction; 2. The patient with unstable cardiac diseases or arrhythmias requiring drug intervention; 3. Patients with a history of myocardial infarction or cerebral infarction in the past year; 4. Excessive physical weakness and intolerance to muscle strength testing; 5. Patients with hypertension whose blood pressure is higher than the normal range and cannot be controlled by drug therapy; 6. Patients with postexercise syncope; 7. Previous pulmonary rehabilitation training for 8 weeks or more.
