Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male or female (non-pregnant) aged 20 to 60 years old; 2. 18.0 kg/m2 < BMI < 32.0 kg/m2; 3. The diagnostic criteria for T2DM are WHO 1999 criteria; 4. glycosylated hemoglobin in patients with T2DM (HbA1c < 7.5%); 5. Before screening, patients with T2DM did not take any hypoglycemic drugs.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe allergic constitution; 2. According to the judgement of the researcher, any chronic or serious disease, viral hepatitis, hepatorenal insufficiency, inflammatory bowel disease, constipation and cancer, which may endanger the safety of the subjects or the compliance of the program, may be harmful; 3. Psychiatric patients, drug and alcohol abuse patients; 4. Drugs affecting glycometabolism, such as glucocorticoids, thiazide diuretics, oral contraceptives and tricyclic antidepressants, have been or are being used within one month; 5. Take antibiotics, gastrointestinal motility drugs, microecological regulators in one month; 6. Participants in any other clinical trial within 3 months; 7. Pregnant women, pregnant or lactating women.
