Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-75 years old; 2. Meet the corresponding diagnostic criteria: healthy non-smoking group: healthy population without smoking history; Healthy smokers: those who have smoked for more than 20 years and have not given up smoking; Smoking in COPD group: patients with COPD who have smoked for more than 20 packets of years and have not given up smoking, and whose symptoms of cough, shortness of breath and expectoration are stable or slightly persistent for more than 2 months, and no history of respiratory infection within 2 weeks.The diagnostic criteria for COPD are based on the 2018 edition of the GOLD guidelines, i.e., less than 70% FEV1/FVC after bronchodiastolic testing.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with contraindications to fiberoptic bronchoscopy or who do not agree with fiberoptic bronchoscopy; 2. Combined with other diagnosed acute and chronic lung diseases, malignant tumors, and severe basic diseases of cardio-cerebrovascular, autoimmune and blood system; 3. pregnancy or lactation women; 4. Systemic glucocorticoid or immunosuppressive agents have been used in the past 2 weeks.
