Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. It meets the diagnostic criteria of cerebral apoplexy formulated by the 4th national conference on cerebrovascular diseases. CT or MRI confirmed the first stroke in the left hemisphere (dominant hemisphere); 2. Aged=60 years; 3. The course of the disease8,clear consciousness,stable condition; 8. Bromine can maintain sitting position independently for more than 30 minutes; 9. Patients and their families sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) serious hypertension, BP > 180/100mmhg; (2) serious cognitive impairment to cooperate with the examination, MMSE scores<10; (3) With epilepsy, serious heart, liver and kidney dysfunction or other serious physical diseases; (4) with visual and auditory impairment affect speech assessment and treatment; (5) abnormal emotional behavior and mental illness to cooperate with the examination and treatment; (6) take antiepileptic drugs Long-term; (7) has taken memantine and other drugs to improve speech disorders; (8) skull defects; (9) metal foreign body or other electronic devices implanted in the body.
