Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with knee arthritis (according to the Chinese Medical Association orthopedics chapter "Guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of osteoarthritis (2018 edition)" and the diagnostic criteria for knee osteoarthritis developed by the American College of Rheumatology in 2012); 1. Radiographic severity (Kellgren-Lawrence [KL] grade, 0 to 3); 2. Knee pain (score, =2 but =6 on VAS scale) and lasts for more than 6 months ; 3.Physiotherapy, Chinese medicine massage, acupuncture and other treatments cannot be accepted during treatment; 4.Having and being proficient in using a smartphone; 5.Ability to understand and sign the content of informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Knee replacementsurgery in the past; 2.Diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis or suspected other pathological conditions in the knee joint; 3.The VAS score of 6 points or more in the past week (excluding 6 points); 4.Uncontrolled diabetes (such as fasting blood glucose =16.7mmol / L) or repeated episodes of hypoglycemia (blood sugar = 3.9 mmol / L); 5.Combining mental illnesses such as depression and anxiety; 6.Suffering from digestive diseases; 7.The treatment plan cannot be implemented as required by the experiment; 8.Do not understand Mandarin, do not use a smartphone and do not know Chinese characters.
