Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Planed for receiving thoracoscopic lobectomy with general anesthesia. 2.Patients with American society of anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I-II, aged 18-65, BMI 18.5-40, both genders. 3.Voluntary participation and sign of informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Coagulation dysfunction, systemic or puncture site infection, local anesthetic allergy, nerve damage, etc. 2.Impairment with severe heart, lung, kidney, or liver functions. 3.Any possible condition causes patients can not cooperate with the study, such as mental illness, neuromotor disorder language comprehension disorder, etc.
