Inclusion criteria: Aged 18 to 85 years, Undertake total knee arthroplasty; Informed consent is available.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) patients diagnose Rheumatoid arthritis; (2) patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty revision; (3) patients diagnose Tumor.
