Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All subjects volunteered to join and signed the informed consent. Healthy control group: 15 cases. Inclusion criteria: gender, age matched patient group, normal hand grip strength (simple hand grip strength test). Stroke patients: 15 cases. Inclusion criteria: ischemic unilateral basal ganglia stroke, stage I to IV; aged 45-75 years old. Ratio of male to female: 70%/30%. Enrollment time: 1-6 months after stroke.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Healthy control group: 15 cases. Exclusion criteria: patients with intracranial implants, calcification on CT imaging, or symptoms of angiosclerosis. Stroke patients: 15 cases. Exclusion criteria: patients with no motor evoked potential (MEP) on the affected side of the brain, patients with intracranial implantation, patients with calcification points on CT imaging or symptoms of vascular sclerosis, and patients with obvious damage of corpus callosum fiber bundle revealed by DTI imaging examination.
