18 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)no light perception; (2)aged =18 years; (3)with eye pain; (4)IOP=40mmHg was detected at least twice before surgery with maximal medications and previous failed anti-glaucoma surgeries; (5)voluntary to participate the research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) with cornea edema or opacity; (2) with ocular infection disease; (3) patients with systemic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes mellitus, brain edema, encephalitis, CT findings of intracranial space-occupying lesions, hemorrhage, tumors, abnormal intracranial pressure, etc.; (4) the presence of corneal leukoplakia, corneal pterygium and any other ocular factors that may affect refractive stroma and non-contact tonometer measurements; (5) pregnant or lactating women.
