18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18-65 years old; 2. ASA I-II; 3. There are no serious pulmonary diseases before surgery; 4. Patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery in Trendelenburg position,the operation time is more than 2 hours; 5. Patients who voluntarily join the study and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Long-term smoking, alcohol abuse history; 2. Long-term drug abuse ; 3. There are obvious liver and kidney dysfunction; severe respiratory and circulatory diseases. 4. There are obvious evidence of inflammation before surgery 5. Those who have severe hearing impairment or cannot complete the test for other reasons
