Test Group:autogenetic dentin granule to fll the mesial bone defect of lower second molar after submxilla wisdom tooth extraction
control group:after the mandibular third molars extraction,immediately doing primary suture

18 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a) The wisdome need to be cut and extraction,CBCT shows the distal bone height of mandibular second molars is under the 1/3 root length; b) Male or female, aged 18 to 45 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a) Patient with acute inflammation or any other surgical contraindication; b) Tooth with pulpitis, periapical or periodontal disease; c) Having systemic disease or need to take medicine regularly; d) pregnancy, lactation, menstrual period; e) Non-compliant patient.
