Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Conforms to the PD PD of the UK PD or the primary diagnostic criteria of PD in China. 2 Course > 5 years of diagnosis of primary PD patients. 3 Levodopa impact test improved > 30%. 4 Aged = 75 years. 5 The efficacy of the drug is significantly reduced or there is motor fluctuation or dyskinesia, which affects the quality of life of patients. 6 Severity of illness: "off" period Hoehn-Yahr (H-Y) 2. 5 ~ 4 period. 7 Reasonable postoperative expectation. 8 no surgical contraindications

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Obvious cognitive dysfunctions; 2. Severe (refractory) depression, anxiety, schizophrenia and other mental illnesses; 3. Medical coexisting diseases affect surgery or survival.
