Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: For patients undergoing elective surgery (such as laparoscopic radical gastrectomy, colorectal cancer radical resection and other non-kidney surgery), ASA I-III predicts that the operation time is more than 60 minutes ,65-80 years old, gender is not limited, history of hypertension (medication control or control level is generally acceptable), no history of kidney disease surgery, EF value is more than 50%;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: NSAIDs were administered within a week, heart failure occurred within 2 months, myocardial infarction occurred within 1 month, severe pulmonary insufficiency, moderate to severe pulmonary hypertension, mean arterial pressure would seriously affect blood loss (controlled hypotension during operation), chronic kidney disease or renal insufficiency, preoperative diagnosis of stroke or carotid artery stenosis was more than 50%.
