Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged more than 2 years after menopause to 80 years. 2. POP-Q score was used to meet the criteria for severe uterine prolapse (III, IV), POP-Q score: C > +1cm. 3. The patients have surgical intention and high compliance. 4. Long-term follow-up for at least one year. 5. Agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe medical and surgical diseases cannot tolerate surgery; 2. The patient has a history of gynecology or other malignant tumors; 3, The patient can not cooperate with the treatment of mental patients; 4. Previous experience of pelvic organ prolapse surgery with mesh; 5. Active period of reproductive system, urinary system or systemic infection; 6. Patients with coagulation dysfunction or receiving therapeutic anticoagulant drugs.
