Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 The newly diagnosed moderate to severe OSA patients were detected by overnight PSG; 2 there were no other diseases that may affect cognitive function and brain imaging findings.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.nervous system diseases such as cerebrovascular diseases, stroke, neurodegenerative diseases, multiple sclerosis, epilepsy and the like. 2. mental disorders: schizophrenia, depression, anxiety / claustrophobia. 3. metabolic endocrine diseases: hypothyroidism, diabetes, pituitary tumors, prolactinoma etc. 4.color blind. 5. systemic diseases, blood system diseases, neoplastic diseases. 6.cardiac pacemakers, neurostimulators, artificial metal heart valves, etc.; 7 patients with aneurysm clips (except non-paramagnetic as titanium alloy); 8 patients with intraocular metal foreign bodies, inner ear implants, metal Prosthesis, metal prosthesis, metal joints, ferromagnetic foreign bodies in the body; 9 early pregnancy within three months of pregnancy; 10 severe hyperthermia patients; hypersensitivity.
