Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinical diagnosis of chronic urticaria (CU) (2017 WHO diagnostic criteria for chronic urticaria); 2. Aged 18~70 years old male and female; 3. Mixed allergen in vitro examination (ingestion + inhalation) for negative; 4. Patients who have not used corticosteroid hormone drugs, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and immunosuppressive drugs within 4 weeks. 5. Patients who have voluntarily participated in the clinical trial study and signed the informed consent, and can perform according to the clinical study.A
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients taking antihistamine drugs, do not receive treatment during the drug withdrawal; 2. Physical urticaria, genetic vascular edema and other clear causes (such as drugs, infection, etc.) caused by urticaria; 3. Patients with hematologic tumor, autoimmune disease, upper respiratory tract infection, being treated with anticoagulant drugs and systemic glucocorticoid therapy; 4. Pregnant and lactating women.
