Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for insomnia disorders; 2. Aged between 18 to 55; 3. Junior high school education or above; 4. Be able to use the haoshuimian365 application.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Secondary insomnia or comorbid with various mental disorders; 2. Insomnia caused by psychoactive drugs or physical disorders; 3. Taking sedative hypnotics or antipsychotics regularly.
