Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: During the study period in our hospital after the surgery, abdominal cavity drainage tube placement in ICU patients, meet the following any conditions, highly suspected abdominal cavity infection, can be in the group: (1) digestive tract perforation (recurrent or > left untreated for 24 hours); (2) repeated abdominal surgery (2 times within 30 days); (3) postoperative suspected or confirmed anastomotic fistula; (4) colonization of multiple sites of candida (2 sites); (5) acute necrotizing pancreatitis; (6) combined with septic shock; (7) fever that fails to respond to broad-spectrum antibiotics (3 days).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) rejection by the patient or family member; (2) the patient is less than 18 years old; (3) antifungal drugs were used before inclusion in the study; (4) lack of patient data.
