Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Aged =18 years; ? ARDS patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Multiple organ failure; ? Patients supported by ECMO; ? Patients with infectious diseases such as tuberculosis; ? Patients with malignant tumors; ? Pulmonary embolism patients; ? Patients who refuse to participate in this study.
