Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) patients with hypochondria, depression and schizophrenia who meet the diagnostic criteria of DSM-IV; 2) aged 18-60 years old; 3) first-episode,received no treatment; 4) Han nationality, right-handed; 5) binocular naked vision or normal corrected vision; 6) willing to participate in the experiment, and willing to fill in informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) severe physical or cerebral organic diseases and craniocerebral trauma; 2) severe mental retardation; 3) abnormal brain structure; 4) not cooperative or could not effectively complete the experiment; 5) abuse of drugs,alcohol or other substances; 6) contraindications of common antidepressants, antipsychotics, benzodiazepines and other psychoactive substances, including pregnant and lactating women; 7) having a pacemaker, an insulin pump, an artificial heart valve, or other metals in the body.
