18 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pregnant women: 1. Chinese single pregnancy pregnant women; 2. first full term pregnancy. Babies: 1. normal birthweight (> 2500g); 2. full-term newborns(>37 weeks).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women: 1. have a family history of gastrointestinal diseases or gastrointestinal diseases; 2. previous (pre-pregnancy) history of vaginitis; 3. a history of antibiotic use during pregnancy; 4. previous medical history of hypertension, diabetes, hyperthyroidism, rheumatic disease, other autoimmune diseases and endocrine metabolic diseases; 5. have a history of blood transfusion, organ transplantation or immunotherapy. Babies: 1. birthweight less than 2500g; 2. serious complications occurred during delivery; 3. suffering from a congenital disease.
