Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. About to undergo surgery under general anesthesia with tracheal intubation; 2. Aged = 18 years, ASA I-III grade; 3. The expected operation time is more than 2 hours. 4. Voluntary signature of informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The person who failed to succeed in the tracheal intubation process; 2. A hypersensitivity or known allergy to a test drug; 3. Cardiac insufficiency; 4. The liver and kidney function is obviously abnormal; 5. Pregnancy, lactation; 6. difficult airway; 7. History of epilepsy, mental illness and the use of antipsychotic drugs; 8. Patient's automatic exit.
