Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >18 years; 2. initial or recurrent mRankin score < 2; 3. endovascular treatment after CT/MRI diagnosis of cerebral infarction; 4. stable vital signs; 5. understandable and executable therapist instructions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe aphasia, disturbance of consciousness and severe cognitive impairment could not be coordinated; 2. progressive stroke (NIHSS score increased more than 4 points 48 hours after operation); 3. symptomatic intracranial hemorrhage after intravascular therapy, large area cerebral infarction with midline displacement on CT/MRI after operation; 4. systolic blood pressure 220 mmHg, SO2% 120/min, T > 38.5 C; 5. severe internal medicine diseases could not be carried out; 6. Early rehabilitation: heart failure, acute coronary syndrome, limb diseases affecting limb activity, etc.; 7. With rehabilitation contraindications include peripheral nerve diseases, acute joint inflammation and joint damage; 8. Refuse to join the group or participate in other intervention experiments.
