Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients received total cavopulmonary connection surgery in Fuwai hospital; 2) Agreed to participate in the study and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with serve preoperative lung infection; 2) Patients with mechanical ventilation before surgery; 3) Patients with airway stenosis or other airway related diseases; 4) Patients with hard weaning from CPB after surgery; 5) Patient (or legal guardian) unable or unwilling to provide written, informed consent.
