Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Oclur surface symptoms: itching, photophobia, etc. which exert certain limitations on patients'daily activities. 2. Diffuse morphological changes of palpebral margin: blocked opening of terminal duct of meibomian gland, congestion of palpebral margin, hypervascularization and irregular thickening. 3. The expressibility score of meibomian gland was 1-2. 4. The secretion quality score of the meibomian gland (>4-0-<24). Those who had either of the above 2-4 and met 1,5 were selected.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Any history of eye diseases that affect the results of the study: acute ocular allergies or inflammatory attacks, abnormal eyelid anatomy, systemic diseases related to dry eye disease, ocular trauma or history of internal eye surgery within 1 month; 2. One month after exposure or facial skin abnormalities (including allergies, rashes), Fitzpatrick V-VI, facial nerve paralysis, history of herpes zoster, facial skin cancer or pigmentary damage, scar constitution, pregnancy or lactation, one month after taking drugs that may cause photosensitivity; 3. Patients who have received eyelid care, tear embolism and intense pulsed light therapy within six months.
