Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Low back pain was accompanied by radiation pain of one lower extremity, and the pain degree of the lower extremity was worse than that of the lower back. There was no history of lumbar related surgery, and the effect of conservative treatment for 3 months was not good. Corresponding lower extremity numbness, muscle strength decrease or tendon reflex weakening, the affected limb Lasegue sign was positive; X-ray and CT showed L3/4 or L4/5 single-segment lumbar disc herniation, which was diagnosed as lumbar disc herniation by MRI. The imaging manifestations were consistent with clinical symptoms.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) lumbar spine instability. (2) lumbar spinal stenosis. (3) intervertebral disc inflammation, intervertebral space infection, tuberculosis, tumor, etc.. (4) patients with neurological, endocrine and metabolic diseases or diseases of heart, liver, lung and kidney.
