Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy 12~24week; 2. Aged 18 years and above; 3. EPDS>=9, and the score of item 10 is 0; 4. GAD>=5; 5. Can read, write traditional Chinese, above primary educational level; 6. join this study with informed consents.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) presence of suicidal ideation (score =1 on item 10 of the EPDS); 2) severe mental disorders (e.g., psychotic disorders, substance dependence) or physical diseases (e.g., cancer, cardiocerebrovascular diseases); and 3) prior mindfulness experience.
