Interventions

1:The indwelling needle catheter was completely inserted into the blood vessel
2:5/6 of the indwelling needle catheter was delivered into the blood vessel, leaving 1/6, with an allowable error of 1mm
3:2/3 of the indwelling needle catheter was sent into the blood vessel, the remaining 1/3, with an allowable error of 1mm

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 18 to 59 years; Requires PIVCs therapy; Estimated PIVCs retention time >24h; Only the first PIVCs analysis was included in each patient.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Communication disorders; Heparin, spirulin and other anticoagulants were used; Patients with a history of diseases of the blood system and abnormal coagulation function; Patients with infectious diseases.
