No minimum to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing laparoscopic total hysterectomy under general anesthesia, the primiparaes of American Society of Anesthesiologists Physical status I or II, aged ?65 years, and all preoperative examinations and tests is within the normal range.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with severe heart and lung diseases and liver and kidney insufficiency. 2.Radiation therapy and chemotherapy before operation. 3.Patients with acute inflammatory fever and other systemic diseases. 4.Patients with turning to the laparotomy. 5.Patients taking drugs that affect clinical indicators such as hormone antioxidants within 3 months before surgery. 6.Operation time is greater than 3h; Intraoperative blood loss is greater than 600ml or intraoperative blood transfusion. 7.History of mental illness. 8.The patient suffer from advanced diabetes and severe hypertension. 9.Patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction. 10.Patients with vestibular dysfunction.
