Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Using the Social Anxiety Scale, screening >63 points for high social anxiety traits; aged 16-45 years; obtaining written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: People with depression; those with obvious vision and hearing impairment; those with serious physical illness and substance abuse; metal implants (including metal dentures, braces, cochlear implants, pacemakers, trauma surgery) Post-implantation of steel plates, nails; patients with claustrophobia.
