Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: CAG confirmed that the left anterior descending artery, left circumflex artery, right coronary artery and any branch with diameter greater than 2.25 mm had stenosis of more than 50% in patients with coronary artery disease.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with left main lesion or three vessel lesion, patients with acute or chronic complete occlusion of coronary artery; 2. Complicated with any of the following clinical conditions: cyanosis, severe pulmonary hypertension (pulmonary systolic pressure > 90 mmHg), acute myocardial infarction, unstable angina pectoris, history of embolism, right-to-left shunt heart disease, severe cardiac insufficiency (NYHA grade < 3 or KILLIP grade < 2), severe hepatorenal insufficiency, pregnant and lactating women, allergy to perfluoropropane, etc.; 3. Lost patients; 4. Patients died of extracardiac causes during follow-up.
