Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) non-menopausal women aged 35-50 years who underwent laparoscopic total hysterectomy for benign diseases in shengjing hospital; 2) the American society of anesthesiologists class I ~ II; 3) can understand and complete the questionnaire independently.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) previous history of severe depression, mental and neurological diseases and other psychological diseases; 2) previous contraindications to ketamine use include severe refractory hypertension, pulmonary heart disease, hyperthyroidism, epilepsy, increased intracranial pressure or intracranial space-occupying lesions, and history of cerebrovascular accidents; 3) a history of drug and alcohol addiction.
