18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged =18 years, UTI =3 episodes/year or =3 episodes/ 6 months in the last year, willing to participate in this study, consciousness,capacity to communicate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Currently receiving indwelling catheterization; administered antibiotics in the recent 1 week; administered probiotics or synbiotics in the recent 1 month; has the following diseases:interstitial cystitis, fever, acute and chronic pyelonephritis, acute and chronic prostate, urethritis, epididymitis, urinary incontinence, urethral malformation, bladder neck protrusion, hydronephrosis, renal atrophy, neurocystitis, tuberculosis, pregnancy, menstrual period, lactation, severe cardiovascular, liver, kidney disease, mental disorders.
