Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: From April 2016 to April 2019, children complaining of obstructive sleep apnea was admitted to the Department of Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery, West China Hospital of Sichuan University for adenoidectomy and/or tonsillectomy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children with other systemic diseases, chronic inflammation and immune system diseases
