Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: PART ONE 1. non-anatomic pulmonary wedge resection; 2. over 18 years old; 3. lung peripheral lesions with tumor size less than 2cm (including benign lesions, AAH, AIS MIA belonging to Tia-bN0Mo in stage, metastatic tumor, palliative surgery); 4. no other contraindications for surgery. PART TWO: 1. one-lobe pneumonectomy (malignant lung tumor); 2. over 18 years old; 3. the FEV1 > 1.5 L; 4. tumor stage was T1-3N0-1M0; 5. no other contraindications for surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: PART ONE 1. previous history of lung surgery in ipsilateral thoracic cavity; 2. have or have had COPD; 3. FEV1 < 40%; 4. cannot tolerate single lung ventilation; 5. poor general condition, incomplete liver and kidney function, or serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 6. coagulation dysfunction; 7. the chest cavity is widely adhered. PART TWO 1. cannot tolerate one - lung ventilation; 2. poor general condition, liver and kidney insufficiency, or serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 3. coagulation dysfunction; 4. extensive adhesion of the chest cavity; 5. the tumor was so extensive that lobectomy could not be performed; 6. patients who need tracheal anastomosis and vascular anastomosis.
