Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) patients scheduled for thyroidectomy under general anesthesia; 2) ASA I~II; 3) aged 18 and 75 years old; 4) BMI<32kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) patients who were pregnant or lactating; 2) patients with severe hypertension; 3) patients with cardiopulmonary insufficiency; 4) patients with severe cardiovascular or cerebrovascular disease; 5) patients with mental illness; 6) patients with potential risk of difficult face mask ventilation; 7) patients who were allergic to the studied drugs.
