Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Hospitalized patients, age =70 years old; 2. Fried score =3; 3. Living in Beijing for a long time; 4. Be voluntary to participat and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participated in other similar clinical trial; 2. Regular execution the prescription prescribed by dietitian / rehabilitator / Chinese medical practitioner in the last three months; 3. Regular conduction moderate intensity exercise training in the last three months (the maximum heart rate was 50% * (220-age); 4. Unable to complete the SPPB (main result of the study); 5. Unable to participate in and stick to exercise alone; 6. Residence in a hospital or sanatorium for a lang time; 7. Dementia or severe cognitive impairment; 8. Other severe concomitant conditions impair the ability of the patient; 9. The end-stage disease, and the life expectancy < 12 months; 10. Any other conditions or events that lead researchers or therapists consider to be excluded.
