Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients who are diagnosed with Parkinson's Syndrome in accordance with the 2015 International Diagnostic Association (MDS) Diagnostic Criteria and the Chinese Parkinson's Disease Diagnostic Criteria (2016 Edition); 2) Aged <75 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) There are obvious mental and cognitive dysfunctions that cannot be combined with active treatment; 2) Serious internal surgical diseases cannot be actively treated with rehabilitation; 3) With movement contraindications; 4) Refusal to join or participate in other intervention trials.
