Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Ischemic stroke patients confirmed by head CT or MRI, including cerebral infarction and transient ischemic attack; (2) To cooperate with the completion of CT angiography of the head and neck; (3) To sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Severe trauma, operation or any form of infection occur within 2 weeks of onset; (2) Severe liver and kidney dysfunction, autoimmune diseases, malignant tumors, blood diseases; (3) Patients have received endovascular treatment of the neck, including stent implantation and carotid endarterectomy; (4) Unable to provide a medical history and to cooperate with the corresponding examination.
