Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Acute onset, the intracranial hemorrhage is confirmed by head CT or MRI. 2. Clear history of hypertension or admission blood pressure >140/100mmHg. 3. Patient informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The time arriving at hospital after the onset exceed 24 hours. 2. The intracranial hemorrhage caused by non-hypertensive factors is confirmed by CTA or DSA. 3. With a significant history of aspiration,asthma,COPD with acute onset,asthma attacks, and active pulmanary infection confirmed by clinically and laboratory evidence. 4. Requiring antibiotic treatment because of the severe infection. 5. Patients who need surgery or died shortly after admission.
