Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis. 2.With Intermittent execution behavior as the main symptoms. 3.Regular conservative treatment for at least three months and poor efficacy. 4.Imaging examination showed significant segmental spinal stenosis in lumbar .
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with severe osteoporosis. 2.Patients with lumbar surgery history. 3.Patients with obvious lower extremity neurological symptoms. 4.Patients with severe stenosis or disappearance of intervertebral space. 5.Patients with Intraoperative exploration showed obvious nerve roots Oppressors. 6.Patients with other diseases can not tolerate surgery, such as severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction. 7.Patients with cognitive dysfunction.
