Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Histologically confirmed squamous or non-squamous histological features of stage IV or recurrent NSCLC, and systemic anticancer therapies (including EGFR, ALK inhibitors) have not previously been the primary treatment for advanced or metastatic disease. 2. Measured lesions with CT or MRI examination according to the RECIST 1.1 standard. 3. Immunohistochemistry confirmed positive expression of PD-L1. 4. No EGFR mutation, ALK ectopic. 5. Subjects with CNS metastases, even if they are asymptomatic, require treatment before they can be included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. People have other malignant tumor; 2. Refused to sign the informed consent; 3. The researchers believe that the other condition to lead to that they dont fit into the group.
