60 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged above 60 years and less than 80 years; 2) male and female; 3) Acute myeloid leukemia was diagnosed; 4)ECOG score=1; 5)EF=50%; 6)Liver and kidney function are normal, TB<35umol/L, AST/ALT below 2 times the upper limit of normal value, and serum creatinine < 130 umol/L. 7) Subjects signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with severe infection before treatment; 2) Other cases that do not meet the selection criteria.
