Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Aged 60-85 years; Elective surgery for unilateral femoral fracture under spinal anesthesia; American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I/II/III; Be willing to participate in this study and sign written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Combined with fractures in other sites;(2)Pulmonary infection or lower extremity venous thrombosis before surgery;(3) Severe puncture site infection or damage; (4) Psychiatric and neurological disorders; (5) History of coagulation dysfunction or hemorrhagic disease; (6) Severe liver dysfunction (=child-plugh level 3),or severe renal dysfunction (serum creatinine = 177µmol/L).
