Interventions

First Group:one week before operation,The nutritional intake is 25 kcal/kg·d
35 kcal/kg·d during the post-operative stress period and 25 kcal/kg·d during the non-stress period
Second Group:Perioperative nutritional intake is 25 kcal/kg·d

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Stage IA to IIIB esophageal cancer patients; 2. With nutrition risks; 3. EC patients without any anti-cancer treatment before hospitalization and receive radical surgery after hospitalization; 4. Those who are conscious and be capable of communicating; 5. Volunteer to participate the study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With cognitive dysfunction; 2. Refuse to cooperate; 3. With hypermetabolic diseases such as diabetes or hyperthyroidism; 4. With palliative surgery after hospitalization.
