18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) ASA grade is grade III, aged 18-65 years old, height 150-180cm, BMI18-28kg/m2; (2) Thoracoscopic cardiac surgery was performed on an elective basis, and a chest drainage tube was placed after surgery; (3) Be able to correctly understand and evaluate the VAS score and the correct use of intravenous control analgesia pump; (4) The informed consent form of the experiment has been signed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Those with coagulopathy; (2) combined empyema and puncture site infection; (3) Those who are allergic to local anesthetic drugs (ropivacaine); (4) Unable to cooperate with the operator or communication difficulties; (5) Long-term chronic pain.
