Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The buccal keratinized gingiva was less than 2 mm and the grafting area was larger than 2 teeth. 2. No soft tissue increment was performed at the test site. 3. Aged > 18 years. 4. Good health. 5. Good oral hygiene. 6. Be able to review regularly.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergy to collagen; 2. Systemic diseases: diabetes mellitus, malignant tumors, diseases affecting connective tissue metabolism, radiotherapy and chemotherapy; 3. Uncontrolled periodontal disease; 4. Pregnant or lactating women; 5. Smoking > 10 cigarettes per day; 6. Other cases that do not meet the requirements of implant therapy.
