Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects meet the diagnostic criteria for spastic bilateral paralysis ( Chinese society of pediatrics in 2004) and has postural and motor disorders; 2. 2-10 years old; 3. Gross Mortor Function Classification System (GMFCS): I-III; 4. The front of the pelvis tilts forward, that is, the vertical line from the anterior superior iliac spine to the ground is in front of the pubic symphysis when standing still; 5. Problems with squat gait and knee over-extension; 6. Informed consent was signed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Inability to complete 20 minutes of daily postural training due to cognitive impairment or other reasons. 2. A history of spine, hip or knee surgery and trauma within 1 year. 3. The popliteal fossa angle is greater than 50°.
